Silk Road Caravanserai

Sa’d al-Saltaneh Caravanserai is the largest urban one of its kind on the Silk Road and a highlight of Qazvin. The architecture consists of Iwan, Hojre (Travelers room), Dome and courtyards to provide a relaxing atmosphere for travellers and traders. Qazvin bazaar is one of the bazaars that attracted new structures with charm and charisma.

Saad al-Saltanah Palace is a Safavid caravanserai in the center of the old texture of Qazvin. The old bed of this bazaar is a thousand years old, but new building has traces of Safavid and Qajar. A collection with thousands of years of memories and narrations.

Qazvin Palace

Shah Tahmasp Safavid built Chehel Sotun Pavilion as a royal palace in Qazvin during the reign Safavid dynasty. Qajar kings reconstructed the pavilion, and it is a Calligraphy museum now.

Qazvin Home of Beauty

If you are planning to travel to Qazvin,  visit Hussainiyah Amini, where immerse travellers in a calm and cosy ambience. Aminiha Hosseiniyeh is a sacred place with a fabulous decoration of paintings, colourful windows and gorgeous plaster and mirror work. 

Mr Amini, a famous merchant, built the house in 1896. The magnificent appearance of the house, painted ceilings, exquisite halls, old plasterwork, and stained glass fascinate travellers.

Qazvin is one of the most producing grape centres in Iran. Grape gardens produce grape sour juice, raisins and grape drinks (sherbat). Qazvin most significant product is vinegar, which makes acidic tastes to culinary art.
